Is the inquiry form confidential?
Yes. All submissions are reviewed under privilege protocols. Sending an inquiry does not, however, establish an attorney–client relationship until we have formally agreed to represent you.
How quickly will I hear back?
A partner will respond within one business day. For urgent matters, please call the direct line and ask for the duty partner.
Do you take small matters?
Often, yes — particularly for existing clients or where the question is novel. We will be plain with you about whether we are the right firm and, if not, will suggest one we trust.
How are fees structured?
Most engagements are billed monthly against an estimated budget agreed at the outset. We also offer fixed-fee, success-based, and hybrid arrangements where appropriate. Always discussed in advance.
